Dear St Marys GJFC Members,

It’s hard to believe but the 2014 Footy Season is fast approaching. By now you should have received an email via Sporting Pulse asking you to re-register for the 2014 season online, full instructions are provided on how to complete this process.

As per last season, you will have the option to pay your registration fee via credit card as part of the online registration.  However, if you prefer to delay payment until registration day on 23rd February just exit the online process after your registration has been recorded and payment can be made via cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS on the day.  Manual registrations will also be taken on the 23rd February and 12th March at the clubrooms.

We encourage you to register as early as possible as this provides great assistance to our football department and age group managers in the formation of teams for the 2014 season.

Registration & Match fees for the 2014 season are:

  • 1st Child:    $230  (Registration $130  Match $100)
  • 2nd Child:   $180  (Registration $ 80  Match  $100 )
  • 3rd Child:    $130  (Registration $30 Match  $100 )
  • 4th Child +: $100  (Registration $0 Match $100)

Your registration and match fees are used to cover expenses such as insurance, ground fees, umpires & league costs.  As per previous seasons all players registered will receive some fantastic club merchandise which will be available for collection on our registration days, either:

  • Sunday 23 February between 10.00 and 2.00 or
  • Wednesday 12 March between 5.30 and 9.00

ST MARY’s GIRL TEAMS:
This year we plan to hopefully field up to 2 sides in the Yarra League Girls competition

  • Under 12’s – (Girls between the age of 9 and 11)
  • Under 15’s – (Girls between the age of 12 and 15)

The Girls will still wear the St Mary’s Teal White and Black with training scheduled for a Friday night.

As a Special Offer for Girls interested in playing in our first year, the club will NOT be charging any Registration Fees. Only Match fees of $100 will be payable.

If you are interested please come down to our registration day and also spread the word amongst your family and friends.

MOUTHGUARDS:
As usual on the day Sportsafe will be in attendance to take impressions for tailored mouthguards. Health fund rebates apply and it’s a great way to protect your child’s teeth with a purpose fitted Guard. Sportsafe also sponsor our club so we encourage you to take advantage of them being there.
