A big thank you to all who attended our 2nd Annual Family day last Saturday. The day was a huge success with everyone enjoying the rides, food, great weather and their chance to dunk their coach. It was a great day for our club and re-enforced the great family that is the St Marys Junior Football Club.
A special thanks to all volunteers who helped on the day and to those who donated prizes including Mick Redmond from Senior Club.
Round 3 has now come and gone and I am pleased to say that our club is travelling very well. Our Premier team – Colts 1 are sitting on top of the ladder having won their first 3 games. A great effort by the boys and a reflection on how the entire Colts age group has approached the start to the 2013 season.
Mothers Day Friday Night at the Club – 10th May
This year as a Special thanks to our Mum’s and the great support they give us all, we have organised a Special Friday Night at the club to help celebrate Mothers Day.
Why not bring the whole family to the club on Friday the 10th May from 6.00pm. There will be meals served at very reasonable prices and every Mum gets a free glass of Champagne and a flower.
Let’s make sure every mum feels appreciated this Mothers Day.

My Room Charity Dinner – Childrens Cancer Centre Foundation
The St Marys Junior Football club is pleased to be associated with such a special and worthwhile event.
This inaugural dinner to be held at our clubrooms on the 24th May 2013, is open to all and is set to be a wonderful evening of premium food and wine, quality entertainment and the promise of a great night out whilst raising critical funds for the Childrens Cancer Centres – click here for details.

This Sunday Nights at the Club – It’s a Tackers Sunday!
The club relies on these nights being a success so we encourage all members to come along.
This Sunday is the Tackers Age Group themed where we get the coaches and the boys up the front to talk about that round. Pizza is supplied for the players and it’s a great night to get together and support the club. We will also be serving Wedges and Dim Sims on the night – $5 per bowl.
The first Tackers night is always special as it’s out first chance to welcome the majority of our new members to the St Marys family.
Don’t forget the Joker Jackpot each Sunday as well…This week its up to $350!!!
St Marys Senior Football Club.
A tough week for the Senior Club with all 3 sides unfortunately going down. This weekend is their big chance to redeem themselves with all 3 sides playing at Whatmough Park on Saturday.
The day kicks off with the Under 19’s t 9.40 against Lalor while the Reserves and Seniors follow, both with games against Parkside. These should be great games so why not make the effort to get down there on a Saturday morning / afternoon and support the Teal, White and Black.
