I had a feeling we would save our best to last, and we did. We had a contribution from all 23 players today. Bundoora came hard at us early as we expected, and the boys had to stand up to the pressure. To their credit, the boys didn't panic. We got the next two goals and were back in the contest. As the game wore on, we got stronger. Well done today boys, so proud of you all. I've loved every minute of coaching you all. |

We played 4 solid quarters today, although we kicked inaccurately. It was always going to be hard to kick goals on a small ground. It was a great effort to finish on top of the home and away season, but know the real challenge begins. We're not done yet boys ! See you at training. |

We had a tough game today. It was physical on the ground, and it was willing on the sidelines. Although we were behind at half time, we regrouped and came out fighting in the second half. Our last quarter was awesome. Highlighted by 14 tackles in the last quarter. Great fighting effort boys, we were proud of you today. |

Today we played a great game of team football. We used the wind well in the first quarter, but then Ashy came back hard in the second. We had a depleted side, and we knew we had a struggle on our hands at half time. It's fair to say the boys were magnificent in the third quarter. You could see it in their eyes when they came into the middle at 3/4 time - they were not going to let this one get away. |

We had a solid win today, although we didn't play at our best. To Bundoora's credit they took it up to us. After a good start we went to sleep in the second quarter. The third quarter we fought hard and protected our lead.Last quarter was our best. We kept running and finished with a good win. Well done boys, now we get ready for the run into the finals. |

We were expecting a tough game against Whitehorse today, and we got it. Our leading in the forward line was a good feature of the game, and our overhead marking. Our backline was great again and the forwards worked hard once the ball came in. It was a good win against a good side. |

We played a physical side today, and they came hard at us in the second quarter. The game was in the balance and we asked the boys for a big third quarter and they delivered! Our second half was some of the best footy we have played this year. We moved the ball well and the talk was excellent. Once again our backline didn't give much away all day.
