Coaches' comments:
 We started very slow and allowed Canterbury too much room. Our first half was very tough. Second half we saw our boys start to run and kick long. With 2 majors to Luke in the the second half and majority of the play in forward 50, we ran, ran, ran. Intensity was fantastic in the second half. In what everyone thought would be a one sided match. We certainly put the game up to them and earned a lot of respect.

 Kicking into a big wind we were under pressure form the start, nut to our credit we held our ground. Second quarter with the wind we had our half backline booting forward but no majors. Second half we certainly matched it with them. Last quarter saw us get a major with Luke and a fantastic team effort. With a lot of development this side is playing finals for the first time. Well done boys.

Coaches' comments:
 We started full of run and nearly kicked a few majors in the first quarter. Andrew, Marcu, Liam F and Lawrence pumping the ball forward. Liam Baressi was the rock in the backline. As the game progressed we slowed up dramatically. Liam B, Lawrence, Ryley and Marcus kept pushing the football forward and jake at the bottom og the pack. We mainly lost it by not picking up players. Was a hard muddy game and the boys didn't give up all day.

Coaches' comments:
 With a big structural change the boys moved the ball down forward very quickly which allowed Luke to kick 3 goals. Second quarter with the ball slowing up we only managed 1 goal through Marcus. Liam Fowler was rucking beautifully which was giving our onballers first option, Riley took full advantage and kicked long. Third quarter saw us back to original structure and kick 3 goals. We did slow up in the last quarter and hold on for a good win.

 With a heavy ground and windy conditions we kicked with the wind. We started attacking from the start and kicked a couple of points with a major mid quarter. Lucas and Jarryd Sime leading the way. Balance of the game was a struggle with mud and big packs. Marcus, Lawrence, Liam Fowler. Liam Baressi and Riley breaking packs and kicking long. Managed to hold off an attacking Fitzroy. Jordan and Lucas good strong games.

 The team started well, tackled hard and played with the passion we wanted, second quarter they let Canterbury win the ball out of the middle, our target for the day was to tackle hard and win the hard ball, Many players achieved this and others still need to lift. Good team effort!

 We were not switched on at all today. Our best players were strong all day lead by Lawrence, Marcus and Mitch. As they say, not our day. Goals produced from the back pocket which resulted in us running the football all the way and scored.

Coaches' comments:
 The boys were really pumped before the game which really showed in the first quarter. The second quarter was very similar which showed on the scoreboard and at half time we trailed by 3 points. Leading the way was Lawrence, Jarrod Syme and Marcus. With kicking into the wind in the 3rd quarter the boys tried very hard with Lucas, Ben and Jordan going hard. The last quarter saw the boys kick a quick goal and put the pressure on..Boys were gallant in defeat. A great team effort.

 We started very quickly and scored a goal really fast. Second quarter we scored 2 goals and had a really good lead at half time. Joaquin and Nathan Free were playing good football. 3rd quarter we stabilized and Nathan Free kicked another goal. Last quarter we kicked 2 goals to nil to take out a very good win on a very big ground.

 Boys started with attacking football from the first bounce. Kicking six points before the first major. Liam Fowler kicking straight to put us six points ahead at quarter time. With Kyall kicking a major in the second quarter. Second half saw us kick five majors to their 1, with great team effort. Sam Pretner played good football in his 50th game. A fantastic team effort.

 We started playing good football today and made position and kicked long. At half time we had no score and Canterbury 6 goals. After half time we came out and kicked 4 goals to nothing and had them worried. Last quarter we kept the pressure up and held a lot of respect. Our best performance for the year with a fantastic team effort.

 Under heavy rain Rory and Riley were tacking and chasing very hard. Luke and Jarrod getting a lot of the football. Ben and Liam were playing hard and looking for team mates. A very competitive second half to the game with or boys trying hard and running the ball up the ground. this would be our best game so far with skills, handballs and teamwork.

 Started strong with a couple of goals and with Sam Pretner, Luke Ross-smith and jarred Collier pushing forward. Second quarter seems to be our weakest, but we did manage to hold the opposition down. Third quarter we were back to tackling and shepherding. Last quarter we tried to do our best, but simple actions let us down.

 Started a bit slow in the first quarter and then started to run and create space. Our second quarter was a bit slow with Lawrence holding up the backline. Liam Fowler and Lucas down forward were leading strongly. Second half saw us work hard and run the football down the line. Last quarter was a quick, fast and play on at all costs. We can hold our heads high as we fought out the game right to the end.

The second half we started to run and play better with Jarrod playing good football off the wing. Sam and Jordan were leading strongly in the forward. Last quarter saw the ball go forward and back all quarter with Lawrence and Kyal using the ball precisely. Good team effort.
