Fantastic win by the boys today . Not the best game for the year, but certainly the best win for the year . We played our hearts out for three quarters and found ourselves up by four points at three quarter time. There wasn't Much going our way and what we witnessed in the last quarter was extraordinary. A team that had no rotations left because of injury and an opposition team that was full run, we were under the pump in the last quarter but refused to except defeat, Defensively we were sensational. A fantastic win against a side that was looking to snatch second spot. They really put us to test in the first quarter with their pressure, but to our credit we were able absorb everything. Second quarter set up our win turning the tables on the opposition with our intensity. Well done boys on a great win today. A few mistakes in the first half and an opposition team that wanted the ball more than we did saw us trail by two goals at half time. Our third quarter was brilliant with our intensity lifting dramatically. We dominated the clearances and hardball gets. At three quarter time we were 10 points up and with all momentum going our way we just had to finish off well . Finish off well we did, winning the game by 11 points. Today we showed great character in come from behind win.

Great win by the boys today knocking off the top side. We were a little slow off the mark in the first quarter and we found ourselves 13 points down at the break. We worked hard to regain the upper hand in the second quarter, our pressure was fantastic and our opponents certainly weren't able to match our intensity. We went into the main break 10 points up. Third quarter set up or win and we extended our lead by 22 points by three quarter time. Great to play four quarters of footy for the first time this year. We had a solid last quarter finally running away with the game by 42 points. Well done boys it now set up a ripping game against Fitzroy next week.

Great game by the boys today and a great result. Right from the start we ran in numbers and had great support around stoppages . Our attack and contested footy as the stats show 55 to 34 was excellent and a huge reason why we won today. We had 7 different goal scorers which is pleasing to see instead relying on 1 or 2. Every player today played their part and if we can have most players contributing every week we will win more games than not. We can now have a break, freshen up and get ready for Ashburton. Great effort by the boys, after a disappointing loss last week. Our efforts this week was evident way before Sundays game, having had a really good night on the track Thursday night . That effort and attitude was brought into Sundays game and although we had a slow start to the game we never gave up and we kept chipping away at the opposition which resulted in a fantastic and much needed win.

What a fantastic contest we had on Sunday. Although we lost, the boys didn't give up all day. We were down by 5 goals at half and it would've been easy to just go through the motions for the remainder of the game. They fought back and with 8 minutes to go we found our selves jut 6 points down and all momentum going our way. Unfortunately we weren't able to on with it and we can all hold our heads up for having a real crack at it.
