| We will be holding a huge end of season celebration night this Sunday, August 10 starting from 5.30pm. As is St Mary's tradition we will be honouring every team who's season finishes this Sunday by getting all of our coaches and players on stage to congratulate them for their efforts during the season. Don't miss what is always our biggest night of the year. |

| We came up against the 3rd placed side who were full of confidence. At half time we were only 8 points down because we were first for the ball on the ground. This was our strength all of last season. We battled the game out to the very end only going down by 14 points. Sensational team effort by all. |

| A very hard fought game narrowly going down to Waverley, the boys showed they wanted to pressure them all day, with a fantastic effort. Our backline kept them from scoring on many occasions, both Jeremy's doing a great job along with Luke, Richards effort in his first game with us was fantastic, well done boys. |

| A very hard game for the start of the 2008 season against a very tall Ashburton. To the boys credit we fought hard all day and even outscored them in the 3rd quarter with 10 scoring shots at goal, it was not enough to come home with a win. Luke Corallo, Luke Clarke and Sam had an outstanding game and Luke Rio and James Benness had a good 1st game with the team. Well done boys, better luck next week. |
